LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF LEXINGTON
CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in Estabrook
Hall, lower level of Cary Hall, 1605 Mass. Ave., Lexington, on
Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at 7:30pm in accordance with the provisions of
the conservation Commission Act (G.L. Ch.40, s. 8C) and the
Conservation Commission Code Regulations (Ch. 145).  During this
time, the Commission will discuss management of conservation lands
and amendments to the rules and regulations for conservation land,
specifically rules and regulations with regards to dogs on
conservation land.  If this hearing is not closed, it will be
continued to a future certain date.
